Yes. Each plan has a yearly price, paid in one go: Starter GH₵1,000 (save 17%), Business GH₵2,500 (save 17%) and Pro GH₵5,000 (save 17%). One Mobile Money approval covers the whole year. A yearly payment is not refunded if you stop early; changing plan during the year converts the days you have left instead.
Either works. Both go through Paystack, for a month or a year at a time.
Yes, at any time. The days you have already paid for are converted to the new plan, with no extra charge.
You get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that the account is paused until you pay.
If your account is paused, your shop’s data is kept. On the local licence, your data stays on your device, so keep regular backups to a file.
Yes, on up to 3 devices: enter the licence key on each one. Each device keeps its own data, because nothing syncs on the local licence. The licence covers one location.
