TrackShopGh is a point-of-sale and stock app for provision shops, pharmacies, cosmetics and phone accessory shops, building materials sellers and wholesale depots. It keeps working when the network goes.
Why TrackShopGh exists
A lot of shop software expects a steady internet connection and a new computer. Many shops here have neither, every day. Stock is counted in a notebook, sales are lost when the network drops, and at closing nobody can say whose drawer is short.
So we built an app that saves every sale on the device first, runs on the phone or laptop you already have, and is simple enough for any cashier. Prices are in cedis, Mobile Money is a normal way to pay, and Ghana’s VAT and levies are worked out for you.
What we believe
Offline first
Selling should never wait for the network. The app works with no internet, and cloud shops catch up by themselves.
Simple enough for any cashier
Large buttons, few steps, plain words. A cashier signs in with a 4-digit PIN and sees only what they need.
Fair pricing
Pay GH₵3,000 once, or monthly from GH₵100. Change plan any time without paying twice.
Your data is yours
Each shop’s data is private to that shop. Local-only shops keep it on their own device and can back it up to a file.
