Show the receipt on screen, or print it with your shop logo on a USB thermal printer or any printer set up in Windows. Printing works offline too.
Stock
Cost and selling price, units and cases, photos and low-stock alerts. Every change to an item is recorded.
Team and shifts
Cashiers see only their own sales. On a shared device, each person switches in with their own PIN. Shifts, on Business, Pro and the local licence, show what each one took.
Reports
A daily summary, the value of your stock, and sales by each worker down to the items. CSV exports on Business, Pro and the local licence.
Ghana VAT and levies
NHIL, GETFund and VAT worked out on every sale, with a tax report. Add or remove taxes when the rules change. Also on the local licence.

Create your shop
Enter your business name and choose local-only or cloud-synced. It takes a few minutes on a phone.

Add or scan your products
Type them in, or point the camera at the barcode. Add the price, the quantity on the shelf and a photo if you like.

Add items to the cart, take payment and give a receipt. Your stock goes down by itself.

Questions shop owners ask
Yes. Selling, stock and receipts all work with no connection. On a cloud plan, the app sends the waiting sales and changes to the cloud when the connection comes back. On the local licence, everything stays on your device.
No. It runs in Chrome or Edge on a Windows laptop, Android tablet or phone, and installs like an app. The camera can scan barcodes. A receipt printer is optional and you can add it later.
ESC/POS thermal printers connected by USB or serial cable, with 58mm, 80mm or 112mm paper, and any printer set up in Windows, which prints through the usual print window. Portable Bluetooth printers work too, on every plan and the local licence, and a device can use a cable printer and a Bluetooth one side by side.
Through Paystack, by Mobile Money or card. The local licence is GH₵3,000 once. Cloud plans are paid monthly, from GH₵100, or a year at a time for less, after a 7-day free trial.
On a cloud plan, a late payment gives you 7 days of full access. After that the account is paused until you pay, and your shop’s data is kept.
