1. Becoming a partner
Apply through the partners page. If we accept you, the TrackShopGh team sets up your partner account and gives you your referral code and link. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
2. Commission rates
You earn 20% of each cloud shop’s payments, monthly or yearly, for as long as it keeps paying, and GH₵600 once for each shop that buys the local licence.
3. When commission is earned
Commission is earned on payments a shop actually makes, from its first paid month; nothing is earned on a free trial. A shop counts as yours when it signs up with your referral code or through your link.
4. Payouts
Commission is paid to your Mobile Money number or bank account after each month closes. Keep your payout details up to date; we are not responsible for a payment sent to details you gave us.
5. When commission stops
Commission on a shop stops when it stops paying, and restarts if it pays again. A payment that is reversed or refunded earns no commission, and we may take back commission paid on it.
6. Shop owners who refer
A shop owner who refers another shop earns 20% of that shop’s payments for its first 6 months, including the full share of a yearly payment made in that time, once, and GH₵600 once for a shop that buys the local licence.
7. How partners must behave
Describe TrackShopGh honestly. Do not promise features it does not have, prices it does not charge, or earnings a shop will make; do not pretend to be TrackShopGh staff; and do not send messages people have not agreed to receive.
8. Changes and ending the agreement
We may change these terms or the commission rates, and will tell partners before a change takes effect; commission already earned is paid at the rate it was earned at. Either side can end the agreement at any time. We may end it straight away if a partner breaks these terms, and then pay only commission already earned honestly.
